From making friendship bracelets as a teen arts-and-crafts counselor to designing thoughtful hiring programs for agencies and large organizations, my path has woven together two worlds that, to me, are deeply linked: mindful, hands-on creativity and strategic, human-centered talent development.

I believe that real growth happens when we slow down enough to listen — to ourselves, to each other, and to the rhythms of change.

As a Talent Strategist and Fractional Recruiter, I help companies build clarity, process, and connection into their hiring practices. With 20+ years in recruiting, people strategy, career advisement, and live recruiting events, I partner with organizations navigating moments of transition. I strengthen hiring teams, elevate candidate experiences, streamline pipelines, and create sustainable systems that support long-term success.

As a Mindful Maker, Tarot Reader, and Workshop Facilitator, I create spaces where creativity becomes a tool for reflection, grounding, and self-trust. Through seasonal fiber-arts sessions, tarot-guided explorations, and my Data Stitching practice, I help individuals reconnect with intention, rhythm, and their own inner wisdom. I’ve presented at Maker Faires across New York State, taught mindful stitching at community and corporate settings, and will be teaching Data Stitching at the Sacred Makers Soul Retreat at Squam Lake in 2026.
